How to use
Method 1: Place 4 drops in the middle of your hand, and rub your palm on top of your head. There is some waste due to hairs.
Method 2 (recommended): Place 1 or 2 drops in the inside of your wrist, then rub your wrists together. What you place in the first 2 inches of your forearm gets directly absorbed into your bloodstream. Then, breathe it several times, ideally while doing some Qigong exercises.
You can also place 1 drop on your cortex (back of your neck).
